1. 使用许可与内容 / License and your content
开发者授予你在自己的 Apple 设备上使用好事罐头进行个人记录与回顾的许可。你保留自己写下的文字和选择照片的权利；你应确保有权使用与分享这些内容。应用的软件、插图和设计仍受其权利保护。
The developer grants you a license to use GoodJar on your Apple devices for personal journaling and reflection. You retain rights to the text you write and photos you select, and are responsible for having permission to use or share them. The app software, illustrations and design remain protected by their respective rights.
2. 当前版本与模型可用性 / Current version and model availability
基础记事、配图、草稿、抽纸条、浏览与样信免费。应用赠送三封成功生成的 AI 来信体验，这不是 Apple 的免费服务额度。之后可选择月度或年度自动续期 GoodJar Plus 订阅，继续使用单条回信、每周来信与本次使用期间的自动回信。
AI 调用设备端 Apple Intelligence，需 iOS 26 或更新版本以及支持的设备、地区、语言、启用设置和就绪模型。模型不可用的设备不能购买来信订阅；会员不会使不支持的设备具备 AI 能力。模型不可用、繁忙或拒绝生成时会如实提示；不保证每次请求都成功，亦不承诺不受系统资源限制。
日常记录、抽纸条、浏览和明确标注的样信可以在没有可用模型时继续使用。应用的未来功能如有变更，将以届时版本与清晰披露为准。
Basic notes, photos, drafts, drawing, browsing and samples are free. The app grants three successfully generated AI letters as an introduction, not an Apple service allowance. Monthly and annual auto-renewable GoodJar Plus subscriptions provide continued single-note replies, weekly letters and session auto-reply.
AI uses on-device Apple Intelligence and requires iOS 26 or later, supported hardware, region and language, enabled settings and a ready model. Letter subscriptions cannot be purchased while the model is unavailable, and membership cannot enable AI on unsupported hardware. The app indicates when the model is unavailable, busy or refuses a request. Generation is not guaranteed for every request and remains subject to system resources.
Notes, drawing, browsing and clearly labeled samples remain available without a model. Any future feature changes will be described in the relevant version and disclosures.
订阅付款与续期 / Subscription payment and renewal
订阅前请查看应用从 StoreKit 加载的当地价格、订阅周期及 Apple 的最终确认页。当前只提供月度和年度自动续期订阅，不提供终身买断，也不承诺免费试用。确认购买后由 Apple 账户扣款；除非在当前期间结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则会续期。可在「设置 > Apple 账户 > 订阅」管理或取消，应用内提供恢复购买。卸载应用不会自动取消订阅，数据删除也不等于取消订阅。退款请求按 Apple 的流程和适用法律处理。
Before subscribing, review the local price and subscription period loaded from StoreKit and Apple's final confirmation sheet. Only monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are offered; there is no lifetime product or promised free trial. Your Apple Account is charged after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, and restore purchases in the app. Uninstalling the app or deleting journal data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Apple's process and applicable law.
3. 生成内容与非医疗用途 / Generated content and non-medical use
生成的来信是辅助回顾的文字，可能存在错误、遗漏或不合适的表达，不代表真人理解了你的处境。请以原始记录与自己的判断为准。好事罐头不提供医疗诊断、心理治疗或紧急援助，不能代替专业服务。
Generated letters are text to support reflection. They may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording and do not represent a person understanding your circumstances. Rely on your original records and your judgment. GoodJar does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy or emergency assistance and is not a substitute for professional services.
4. 数据保管与责任 / Data care and responsibility
记录保存在当前设备。你应根据需要管理设备安全、系统备份、分享副本与数据删除。卸载应用、设备故障或操作可能导致数据丢失；开发者没有可供找回日记的云端副本。法律规定的消费者权利不受这些条款限制。更多处理信息见隐私政策。
Records are stored on your current device. Manage device security, system backups, shared copies and deletion according to your needs. Uninstalling the app, device failure or user actions may cause data loss; the developer has no cloud journal copy to recover. These terms do not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law.
